Emergency computer systems service are geared toward business and individuals that can not have systems or services down for any length of time. This ensures a certified tech is always avaialble for you no matter when service is needed.

Service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. There is an Emergency Dispatch fee for on-site services dispatched after 5:00 PM or before 8:00 AM of $35.00 non refundable. National holidays have a $70.00 dispatch fee for on-site service at any time which is also non refundable. Phone support on National Holiday's is extra by $20.00.

Systems Administration customers do not pay any dispatch fees for on-site services or phone support. Systems Administration customers in locations over 25 miles are subject to a trip fee.
